As part of its ongoing commitment to strengthening technical expertise across its operations, Jagad Mandiri Marine (JMM) conducted a Volvo Penta D3 Service and Maintenance Procedure Training program at PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental. This initiative reflects JMM’s dedication to equipping personnel with a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of the proper service and maintenance procedures required for Volvo Penta D3 engines.
The training was designed to address the growing need for standardized, high-quality maintenance practices across the company’s engine fleet, ensuring that technical teams are well-prepared to handle the specific requirements of this engine type in real-world operational conditions.
Through this program, participants were provided with both theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical skills aligned with recognized maintenance standards. The curriculum covered essential aspects of engine servicing, including routine inspection procedures, preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting techniques, and best practices for component handling — all tailored specifically to the Volvo Penta D3 engine platform.
